Will I still have access to PandaDoc after I cancel?

Yes. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged on the next renewal date, and access is cut off when the period ends.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. PandaDoc's payment policy explicitly states that no refunds — prorated or otherwise — are provided upon cancellation. You keep access until the billing period ends but will not receive money back.

What happens to my documents and data after cancellation?

Your documents and data are retained for a period after cancellation. However, if you actively delete your account, all documents and associated data are permanently erased. Download any important files before canceling or deleting your account.

Can I reactivate my PandaDoc account after canceling?

Yes. You can log back into your account and resubscribe to a plan. You may need to re-enter payment information. Documents created before cancellation should still be accessible if the account was not deleted.

Yes, you can downgrade to a monthly plan or a lower tier. If you downgrade before your annual renewal date, the change takes effect on that renewal date, not immediately.

Go to app.pandadoc.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile avatar or the gear icon in the bottom-left or top-right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Go to Billing

In the Settings menu, select "Billing" to open your subscription and billing details page.

Find Subscription Plan section

Scroll down on the Billing page to locate your current subscription plan details.

Click "Cancel subscription"

Click the "Cancel subscription" button within the subscription plan section. If this button is not visible, a prompt at the top of the billing page will direct you to contact your assigned account manager instead — this applies to enterprise/managed accounts.

Complete the cancellation form

Fill out the cancellation form, which typically asks for a reason for canceling (a short survey). Select your reason and submit the form.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
