Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Document360's Terms of Service state that all payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Even if you cancel mid-way through an annual billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund for unused months.

Will I still have access to my knowledge base after I cancel?

Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will be suspended. If payment is not received, Document360 may delete your account and all associated data after approximately 45 days.

How do I export my data before canceling?
