Log in to your Batmaid account
Go to batmaid.com and log in using your email and password. Make sure you are on the correct regional site (batmaid.com, batmaid.ch, batmaid.lu, etc.) for your country.
Cancel any upcoming individual bookings
Navigate to 'My cleanings' in your account, then select 'Upcoming cleanings'. For each scheduled cleaning you want to remove, click 'more' next to the booking and select 'cancel booking'. Note: cancellations made 28+ days in advance are free; 8–28 days costs CHF 20; 7 days or less incurs the full cleaning fee.
Note your contract type before contacting support
Determine whether you have a flexible plan or a commitment plan. Commitment plans may incur early termination charges. Standard contracts require 1 month notice; B2B contracts require 3 months notice unless your specific contract states otherwise.
Send a cancellation request by email
Email client@batmaid.com (or business@batmaid.com for B2B accounts) with the subject 'Contract Cancellation Request'. Include your full name, registered email address, account ID if known, and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect. There is no self-service cancellation button — email is the required method.
Alternatively, call customer support
Call +41 21 624 54 15 during business hours to request cancellation verbally. A support agent will process the termination and inform you of any applicable notice period or early termination charges.
Await written confirmation
Wait for Batmaid to confirm your cancellation in writing by email. Keep this confirmation for your records. Your contract remains active — and you may still be billed — until the notice period has fully elapsed.
