Does TidyCal have a recurring subscription?

Most TidyCal plans are lifetime licenses (one-time payment), not recurring subscriptions — there is no monthly or annual billing to cancel. The main action available is requesting a refund within 60 days of purchase, or deleting your account.

Can I get a refund, and how long do I have?

Yes. If you purchased directly through TidyCal (via Stripe), you can request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date via Settings → Your plan → 'Request full refund'. After 60 days, refunds are not available through self-service; contact support@tidycal.com to discuss options.

What happens to my account after a refund?

Your account immediately reverts to the Free Plan. You lose access to all paid features, but your account and booking pages remain active on the Free tier unless you also request account deletion.

I bought TidyCal through AppSumo — how do I get a refund?

AppSumo purchases do not have a self-service refund button in TidyCal settings. You must contact AppSumo directly at Originals@AppSumo.com and follow their refund process, which is subject to AppSumo's own refund window (typically 60 days from purchase).

How do I permanently delete my TidyCal account and data?

For free accounts, go to Settings and use the 'Delete account' option. For paid accounts, account deletion must be handled by the support team — email support@tidycal.com with your registered email and a request for complete account and data deletion.

Can I reactivate or re-purchase after cancelling?

Yes. Since TidyCal is a lifetime deal, you can purchase a new license at any time at tidycal.com. If you only requested a refund (account reverted to Free Plan but was not deleted), you can upgrade again by going to Settings → Your plan and selecting a paid plan.

Log in to TidyCal

Go to tidycal.com and sign in with your account credentials (email/password or connected Google/Microsoft account).

Open Settings

Click on your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Your Plan

In the Settings page, click on the 'Your plan' tab in the left sidebar or settings navigation.

Select refund or downgrade option

Depending on your plan, you will see one or both options: 'Request full refund' (available within 60 days of purchase for all paid plans) or 'Downgrade to Individual Plan' (Agency Plan users only, yields a $50 partial refund). Click your preferred option.

Review the confirmation modal

A modal dialog will appear showing the refund amount and what account changes will occur (e.g., revert to Free Plan and loss of paid features). Review carefully before proceeding.

Confirm the refund or downgrade

Click 'Confirm refund' or 'Confirm downgrade' in the modal. The refund will be returned to your original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days and your account will revert to the Free Plan immediately.

Optionally delete your account

If you want full account deletion, go to Settings and look for 'Delete account'. For paid accounts, deletion must be requested via email to support@tidycal.com — include your registered email address and request complete data deletion.
