Log in to your zooplus account

Go to www.zooplus.com and click the account icon in the top-right corner. Enter your email and password to log in.

Open 'my zooplus'

Once logged in, click on 'my zooplus' in the account menu to access your account dashboard.

Navigate to 'Subscribe & Save' (zooplus Repeat)

In your account dashboard, find and click the 'Subscribe & Save' section (also labelled 'zooplus Repeat'). This lists all your active recurring subscriptions.

Select the subscription to cancel

Find the specific zooplus Repeat order you want to cancel. Click on it or click 'Change' next to it to open the subscription management options.

Click 'Cancel zooplus Repeat order'

Inside the subscription details, click the 'Cancel zooplus Repeat order' button. Note: changes must be made at least 2 days before the next scheduled order date — if you are within 2 days, you will need to wait until after that order processes.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. No cancellation fee is charged. You will receive no further automatic orders for that subscription.
