Can I cancel Clari mid-contract?

No. Clari's MSA states all fees are non-cancellable for the current Subscription Term. Multi-year subscriptions are committed for the entire duration, even if paid in annual installments. Early termination is only possible if Clari commits a material breach and fails to cure it within 30 days of written notice, in which case a pro-rata refund applies.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Standard cancellations at renewal do not include refunds. A pro-rata refund for prepaid fees covering the remaining Subscription Term is only issued if you terminate due to Clari's material breach, or if Clari materially reduces the platform's overall functionality and cannot restore it within 60 days.

How long do I have access after cancellation?

Access continues through the end of your contracted Subscription Term. Because Clari requires 30 days notice before the renewal date, your access will end on the natural contract end date. There is no continued access period after that date.

How do I get my data after cancellation?

After your subscription ends, you have a 90-day window to request a full export of your Customer Data. Contact support@clari.com or your CSM to initiate the export. After 90 days, Clari is under no obligation to retain or provide your data.

What happens if I miss the 30-day non-renewal notice deadline?

If written notice is not submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another full term at the then-current pricing (with 30 days notice of any fee changes). You would then be locked into the renewed term.

Can I reactivate my Clari account after cancellation?

Yes. You can re-engage Clari's sales team at any time to negotiate a new contract. Clari does not prohibit former customers from signing a new Order Form, though pricing and terms would be negotiated fresh.

Review your contract and renewal date

Log in to your email or document management system and locate your Clari Order Form or Master Subscription Agreement (MSA). Note your Subscription Term end date — written notice of non-renewal must be submitted at least 30 days before renewal. Multi-year deals are committed for their full duration and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Identify your Customer Success Manager

Log in to the Clari Support Portal at community.clari.com. In the top navigation bar, click 'Support' to open a ticket. In the Issue Type dropdown, select 'Request Clari CSM' to identify or be connected to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive.

Send written notice of non-renewal via email

Email your CSM or Account Executive directly and CC support@clari.com. Clearly state that you are providing formal written notice of non-renewal per your MSA, and include your company name, the account/contract reference, and your desired cancellation/end date. Keep this email as your timestamped proof of notice.

Request written confirmation of cancellation

Ask Clari to confirm in writing that your non-renewal notice has been received and recorded. Confirm the exact final service date, any outstanding payment obligations (you remain responsible for fees through the last day of service), and whether any pro-rata refund applies (only issued if Clari is in material breach).

Export your data within the 90-day window

After termination takes effect, you have 90 days to request a full export of your Customer Data from Clari. Contact your CSM or support@clari.com to initiate the data export. After 90 days, Clari has no obligation to retain or provide your data.
