Go to My Lyca Mobile account portal

Navigate to https://mylyca.lycamobile.us/en/login/ in your browser. This is the official Lycamobile account management portal for the US.

Log in with your credentials

Enter your Lycamobile phone number and password, then click the 'Login' button. If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it via SMS or email.

Navigate to the Overview section

After logging in, you will land on your account dashboard. Click on 'Overview' in the main navigation or account summary area to see your active plan details.

Expand Bundle Details

Locate the 'Bundle Details' section on the Overview page and click it to expand it. This shows your current active plan and renewal settings.

Click 'Cancel Renewal'

Confirm the cancellation

If the web portal is not working, dial *190# from your Lycamobile number. When prompted, press '1' to cancel auto-renewal. Do this at least 24 hours before your plan's renewal date.
