Will I lose my tests and suites when I cancel?

Your tests and suites are preserved after cancellation. Only historical test run results are removed. You can still view and export your tests, but you cannot execute them on a cancelled plan.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Ghost Inspector explicitly states there are no refunds for cancellation. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription at any time to resume test execution.

How do I fully delete my Ghost Inspector account?

First cancel all organizations you administer via 'Usage & Billing' → 'Cancel'. Then go to Account Settings (click your name in the top right corner), scroll to the bottom, expand 'Additional Options', and click 'Close My Account…'. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Does cancelling the subscription also close my account?

No. Cancelling removes the paid plan from your organization but keeps your account and data intact. To permanently close your account, you must separately use the 'Close My Account' option in Account Settings.

Is there phone or chat support for cancellation?

No. Cancellation is fully self-serve through the app. Ghost Inspector does not offer phone or live chat support. For issues, contact support via https://ghostinspector.com/support/.

Log in to Ghost Inspector

Go to https://app.ghostinspector.com/ and sign in to your account.

Navigate to Usage & Billing

In the left sidebar, under your organization's name, click 'Usage & Billing'.

Click the Cancel button

On the Usage & Billing page, locate your current plan details and click the 'Cancel' button near the plan information.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription. Your account remains open and test data is preserved, but test run results will be removed.
