Yes. After clicking 'DELETE ACCOUNT', your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. It is only deleted after the period expires.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

Woodpecker does not offer refunds. Payments already processed are non-refundable, and promotional discounts cannot be converted into refunds. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another cycle.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes, but only before your billing period ends. Log back in and click 'RESTORE ACCOUNT' to reactivate. Once the billing period expires and the account is deleted, reactivation is not possible.

What happens to my data when the account is deleted?

When your billing period ends, Woodpecker deletes your account and all associated data, including campaigns, prospect lists, and statistics.

Is there an alternative to fully cancelling?

Yes. You can pause your account for $10/month. While paused, you can still review Inbox messages, export prospect data, and view campaign statistics, but you cannot send emails or create new campaigns.

How far in advance should I cancel to avoid being charged again?

Woodpecker recommends cancelling at least five working days before your next billing date to ensure the cancellation is processed before the next charge.

Log in to your Woodpecker account

Go to app.woodpecker.co and sign in with your credentials.

Open Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu.

Go to Billing → Subscription

Inside Settings, navigate to 'Billing', then select the 'Subscription' tab.

Find the 'DELETE OR PAUSE ACCOUNT' section

Scroll down to the bottom of the Subscription page to find the 'DELETE OR PAUSE ACCOUNT' section.

Click 'Delete account'

Click the 'Delete account' link. Woodpecker may present a 'Pause account' option here as an alternative — ignore this if you want to fully cancel.

Review deletion info and click 'Continue'

Read the information shown about what account deletion means (future payments cancelled, account stays active until end of billing period), then click the 'Continue' button.

Select cancellation reason

Choose a reason for cancellation from the provided options in the dropdown or list.

Confirm by clicking 'DELETE ACCOUNT'

Click the 'DELETE ACCOUNT' button to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email from Woodpecker Support. If you change your mind before your billing period ends, you can log back in and click 'RESTORE ACCOUNT'.
