Can I still access my account after cancellation?

Yes. MyPage remains accessible for 4 months after cancellation so you can view past billing records.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. There is no cancellation fee (解約金) or MNP transfer fee for any plan. However, if you have a device on installment, those payments continue after cancellation.

Will I get a refund for unused days in my final month?

No. NURO Mobile charges the full month regardless of when you cancel. To get the most value, submit your cancellation request close to the end of the month.

Can I keep my phone number (MNP) when leaving?

Yes. You can port your number out via MNP. Either request an MNP reservation number (MNP予約番号) from MyPage — issued within 1–2 business days — or use the MNP One-Stop method (ワンストップ方式) initiated at your new carrier. Note: data+SMS-only plans cannot use MNP transfer.

Can I reverse a cancellation request?

No. Once the cancellation application is submitted it is final and cannot be reversed.

Log in to MyPage

Go to https://www.nuro.jp/app/mypage/login/ and log in using your SIM phone number as the user ID and your registered password.

Open Contract Information

From the MyPage menu, select「ご契約情報」(Contract Information).

Initiate Cancellation

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click「NUROモバイルを解約する」(Cancel NURO Mobile).

Review Terms and Confirm

Read the cancellation terms, then check the confirmation checkbox to acknowledge them.

Select End-of-Month Cancellation

Click「月末解約」(End-of-Month Cancellation). Service continues until the last day of the current month.

Final Confirmation

Review the additional terms displayed, check the second confirmation checkbox, then click「解約申し込みを完了する」(Complete Cancellation Application) to finalize.

Return Your SIM Card

Physical SIM cards must be returned by the end of the month following cancellation (eSIM users are exempt). Mail to: 〒343-0851 埼玉県越谷市七左町4-301 So-net 物流センター SIM返却係. Failure to return incurs a ¥3,300 penalty. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
