Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid plan stays active through the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing period.

Are unused operations/credits refunded or carried over?

No. Unused operations (credits) from your paid plan are not transferred to the Free plan and are forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Make's policy generally does not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Contact Make support directly if you believe you have an exceptional case.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can click 'Renew subscription' on the Subscription page at any time to reactivate your paid plan.

What happens to my scenarios and data after cancelling?

Your scenarios and data remain in your account. However, on the Free plan you can only run scenarios within the 1,000 monthly operations limit, and organizations without a license cannot run scenarios at all.

Can Make support cancel my subscription for me?

No. The Customer Care team does not have the authority to cancel subscriptions on behalf of users. You must complete the cancellation yourself through the Subscription settings.

Log in and open your Organization

Go to Subscription

In the left sidebar under your organization, click 'Subscription' to open your plan details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

In the top-right area of the Subscription page under 'My Plan', click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Provide cancellation reason

A dialog box appears. Select or enter your reason for cancelling, review the list of features you will lose, then click 'Continue'.

Select team to keep (if applicable)

If your account has multiple teams, you'll be prompted to select which single team to keep (Free plan supports only one team). Select your preferred team and click 'Continue'.

Confirm downgrade to Free plan

Acknowledge that your account will move to the Free plan and that any additional organizations will become unlicensed. Click 'Cancel subscription' to finalize.

Check for confirmation email

Make sends a confirmation email to your registered address. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
