Yes. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. There is no immediate cut-off.

Can I get a refund for unused days?

No. Polsat Box Go does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you signed up remotely within the last 14 days, you may be entitled to a full refund under the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Plus or T-Mobile?

You must cancel directly with your mobile operator. Plus subscribers can use the iPlus app or call +48 601 102 601. T-Mobile subscribers should contact T-Mobile customer service. The cancel button on the Polsat Box Go website will not work for operator-bundled subscriptions.

How do I cancel by phone or email?

Call 699 00 22 22 (Polsat Box Go support) or email pomoc@polsatboxgo.pl with your subscriber number, contract number, full name, and address.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time via polsatboxgo.pl. Your viewing history and account data are retained.

Log in to your account

Go to polsatboxgo.pl and log in with your email and password.

Open account menu

Click the 'Konto' (Account) button in the top navigation bar.

Go to My Access

Select 'Moje dostępy' (My Access) from the dropdown menu. This page lists all your active subscriptions.

Find your Plus package

Locate your Plus subscription in the list. Note: if you subscribed through a mobile operator (Plus or T-Mobile), the button will not work — you must cancel via your operator instead.

Click Zrezygnuj

Click the 'Zrezygnuj' (Cancel/Resign) button next to your Plus package.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt appears. Click 'OK' to confirm the cancellation.

Note end date

A confirmation screen shows the exact date your access will end (the end of your current billing period). You will also receive a confirmation email — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
