Can I cancel my Exabeam subscription mid-contract and get a refund?

No. The Enterprise Agreement explicitly states that all fees are non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. You are bound for the full subscription term stated in your Order Form. The only refund scenario is if Exabeam itself terminates due to an IP infringement claim.

Does Exabeam auto-renew?

No. Unlike most SaaS products, Exabeam subscriptions do not auto-renew. Renewal requires the customer to affirmatively sign a new Order Form. To cancel, simply notify your CSM in writing and decline to sign any new Order.

What happens to my data after the subscription ends?

Upon expiration or termination, all licenses end immediately. However, Exabeam is contractually required to assist with transferring and removing your Customer Data from the SaaS environment upon your request — but this must be requested before the term ends. Contact your Customer Success Manager

Reach out to your assigned Exabeam Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive to notify them of your intent not to renew. Every enterprise customer is assigned a named CSM. If you don't know your CSM, call 1-844-392-2326 or email info@exabeam.com.

Send written notice of non-renewal

Per the Enterprise Agreement, send formal written notice of your intent not to renew. Email is accepted for subscription notices. Send to your CSM/Account Executive and cc info@exabeam.com. Retain a copy of the correspondence for your records.

Request data export before term ends

Submit a request to your CSM or via the support portal at portal.exabeam.com to export and remove your Customer Data from the SaaS environment. This must be done before your subscription term expires, as Exabeam is contractually required to assist with data transfer upon request.

Do not sign a renewal Order Form

Exabeam subscriptions do not auto-renew — renewal requires you to affirmatively sign a new Order Form. Simply decline any renewal Order Form presented by the Exabeam renewals team. Your access continues until the end date specified in your original Order Form.

Confirm termination and access end date

Get written confirmation from your CSM of the exact subscription end date. All licenses terminate immediately upon that date. Confirm your data has been exported before this deadline.
