Unused data expires at the end of the eSIM validity period and is not refunded. Deleting your Airalo account does not remove eSIM profiles already installed on your device — connectivity continues until the validity period ends, but you can no longer manage or top up the eSIM through the app.

Can I get a refund on an eSIM I purchased?

Airalo allows refunds within 14 days of purchase, but only if the eSIM has not yet been installed on your device. Once installed (even without activating it), the right to a refund is forfeited. Open the Airalo app

Launch the Airalo app on your iOS or Android device. Note that Airalo is an eSIM marketplace — it does not use a traditional recurring subscription. Most users manage auto-renewals per eSIM or delete their account entirely.
