Open Dijital Operatör App

Download and open the 'Dijital Operatör' (Digital Operator) app on your phone, or log in to your account at turkcell.com.tr. Sign in with your Turkcell credentials (phone number + password).

If you prefer the government portal: go to turkiye.gov.tr, search for 'Turkcell Abonelik Fesih Başvurusu', click 'Kimliğimi Şimdi Doğrula' (Verify My Identity Now), authenticate via internet banking or mobile signature, select your line, click 'Fesih Başvurusu Yap', then download, sign, and upload the termination document. Confirm at Turkcell Store if Required
