Log in to your account
Go to https://app.dogfydiet.com/login and sign in with your email and password.
Open your subscription settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'MI SUSCRIPCIÓN' (My Subscription) from the dropdown menu.
Click 'Pause Shipments'
Click the 'PAUSAR ENVÍOS' (Pause Shipments) button. Note: Dogfy Diet does not offer a dedicated Cancel button — self-service only allows pausing.
Complete the pause survey
Fill in the brief survey explaining why you want to pause, then confirm by clicking 'PAUSAR MIS ENVÍOS'.
Check for confirmation email
Wait for a confirmation email. If none arrives, the pause did not process — contact customer service to confirm.
Request permanent cancellation via email
For full account cancellation (not just a pause), email atc@dogfydiet.com or call 919 01 25 62. State clearly in writing that you want to permanently cancel your subscription. You should receive a response within 24 business hours.
