Log in to your Helpling account
Go to helpling.com and sign in with your email and password using the 'Log in' button in the top-right corner.
Open Account Settings
Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner, then select 'Account Settings' or 'Personal Details' from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to your bookings or subscription
If cancelling recurring bookings, go to 'My Orders' or 'Current Orders' in your account dashboard. If deleting your account entirely, remain in Account Settings and scroll down to find the 'Delete Account' or 'Close Account' option.
Select the booking or recurring plan to cancel
Click on the specific recurring booking you wish to cancel, then click 'Manage' to reveal cancellation options. Select 'End Recurring Relationship' or 'Cancel all bookings' to stop all future cleanings with that cleaner.
Choose a cancellation reason
A dropdown or form will appear asking for a cancellation reason. Select the most applicable reason from the list and optionally add a brief comment (may be required).
Confirm the cancellation
Click the 'Confirm' or 'Cancel Booking' button to finalise. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation to your registered email address.
