Log in to Mano Telia self-service portal
Go to telia.lt/mano and log in using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, or your username and password. This is Telia's primary self-service portal for managing your subscription.
Navigate to 'Mano sutartys' (My Contracts)
After logging in, open the 'Mano sutartys' (My Contracts) or 'Paslaugos' (Services) section to view your active mobile subscription and its details.
Select your active mobile plan
Find your active mobile plan (e.g., a 'Mobilus' plan) and click on it to open the subscription details and available actions.
Submit a termination request
Look for the 'Nutraukti sutartį' (Terminate contract) or 'Atsisakyti paslaugos' (Cancel service) option and submit a written termination request specifying your desired end date. Per Telia's service rules, written notice must be given at least 5 business days before the desired termination date.
Alternatively, call 1817 to cancel by phone
If the portal does not surface a direct cancellation option, call Telia customer service at 1817 (from a Telia Lithuania number) or +370 6418 1817 (from any other operator or abroad). Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–16:00. State: 'Noriu nutraukti sutartį' (I want to terminate my contract).
Decline retention offers
The agent may offer a discounted plan rate, an upgraded service package, or a new device deal to retain you. Decline firmly if you wish to proceed with cancellation.
Confirm termination date and save confirmation
Confirm the effective termination date with the agent or via the portal. Request a confirmation number or email. Your service remains active and billable until the agreed termination date.
