Review your Order Form
Locate your signed Order Form and identify the subscription end date, any notice period requirements, and whether a 'termination for convenience' clause was negotiated. Most contracts run for a fixed annual or multi-year term with no mid-contract exit without cause.
Initiate contact 90–120 days before renewal
Contact your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive directly via email or phone. Engaging early gives you negotiating leverage. If you don't have direct contact details, use the web form at https://www.veracode.com/contact-us/ or call +1 877-837-2203.
Send written non-renewal notice
Formally notify your CSM or Account Executive in writing (email is sufficient) that you do not intend to renew. The standard EUAA requires 30 days written notice when no active Order Forms remain. State clearly that you are not renewing and request written confirmation.
Export your scan data and reports
Before your subscription ends, log into the Veracode Platform and export all scan results, findings, and reports you need to retain. The master agreement has a 60-day wind-down period after the last Order Form expires, but confirm your data access window with your CSM.
Confirm cancellation in writing
Request written confirmation from your Veracode account representative that the subscription will not renew and that no further charges will be billed. Keep this for your records.
