Log in to your Keeper vault
Go to vault.keeper.io and sign in with your email and master password.
Open Account Settings
Click your account icon or email address in the top-right corner of the vault interface, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Subscription tab
In the Settings panel, click the 'Subscription' tab in the left-hand navigation to view your current plan and billing details.
Initiate cancellation or contact Support
If a 'Cancel Subscription' button is visible, click it. If you purchased directly via the Keeper website and no self-service option appears, you must contact Keeper Support at keepersecurity.com/support or use their 24/7 live chat to request cancellation. For iOS purchases: go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Keeper Password Manager > Cancel Subscription. For Android purchases: open Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Keeper Password Manager > Cancel Subscription.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. For app store cancellations, tap 'Confirm' when prompted. For web/support-assisted cancellations, confirm via the chat or email thread.
Check for confirmation email
Watch for a cancellation confirmation email from Keeper Support. Keep it for your records to confirm no future charges.
