Open Workspace Settings
Log in at app.plane.so, then click your workspace name in the top-left sidebar dropdown and select 'Workspace Settings'.

Go to Billing and Plans
In the left sidebar of Workspace Settings, click the 'Billing and plans' tab.

Open Manage Subscription
Click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab.

Cancel Subscription in Stripe Portal
In the Stripe Customer Portal, click 'Cancel subscription'.

Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
