Log into Evidence Cloud
Go to evidence.dev and sign in to your Evidence Cloud account using your credentials.
Check Account / Settings for self-serve billing
Navigate to your account settings or billing section (top-right avatar menu). Look for a 'Billing', 'Subscription', or 'Plan' option. If a self-serve cancellation button exists, click it to initiate cancellation.
If no self-serve option, prepare written cancellation notice
Per Evidence's Terms of Service, cancellation requires written notice of non-renewal sent at least 30 days before your current contract period ends. Draft an email stating your intent to cancel and your account details.
Contact Evidence support via email
Send your written cancellation notice to Evidence's support team. Pro/Enterprise customers can use their Private Slack or dedicated support channel. Team plan customers can reach out via the Slack community at slack.evidence.dev or contact through the website.
Confirm cancellation acknowledgement
Wait for a confirmation response from Evidence confirming your subscription will not renew. Keep this confirmation for your records. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
