Log in to your Pilot account
Go to pilot.com and log in with your account credentials.
Check account/billing settings
Click your account name or profile picture in the top-right corner and look for a 'Subscription' or 'Billing' section. A self-serve cancel option may appear here, but the primary documented method is via email.
Download your documents
Before cancelling, download any financial documents, reports, or records you need. Pilot does not guarantee availability of documents after termination.
Send cancellation email to support@pilot.com
Email support@pilot.com requesting cancellation or non-renewal. Include your account name and the effective date you want cancellation to take effect. Monthly/quarterly plans require at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date; annual plans require at least 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
Respond to any follow-up from Pilot's team
Pilot may reach out to confirm your cancellation request or discuss your situation. Reply promptly to avoid delays.
Save the confirmation
Keep the confirmation email or message from Pilot for your records. Verify no further charges appear on your next billing statement.
