Sign in to Perplexity
Go to perplexity.ai and sign in to your account.
Open Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Find the Subscription section
In Settings, scroll down to the 'Perplexity Pro' section and locate the 'Subscription' option.
Click 'Manage Subscription'
Click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This redirects you to your current plan management page (hosted by Stripe).
Select 'Cancel subscription'
On the plan management page, click 'Cancel subscription'.
Complete feedback survey and confirm
You may be shown a brief feedback survey asking why you are canceling. Complete it, then click 'Cancel subscription' to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email.
