Log in to Statsig Console
Go to app.statsig.com and sign in to your account.
Open Project Settings
Click 'Project Settings' in the left sidebar navigation.
Go to Usage & Billing
Click the 'Usage & Billing' tab within Project Settings.
Click Cancel Subscription
Locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Downgrade Plan' button on the billing page.
Review access loss warnings
Read through the prompts describing which features and access will be lost upon cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
Click the confirmation button to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email.
