Log in to Udemy
Go to udemy.com and log in with your email and password using a desktop or mobile web browser. Note: cancellation is not available through the Udemy mobile app.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile photo in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu, then select 'Account settings'.
Navigate to Subscriptions
In the left sidebar of Account Settings, click 'Subscriptions' to view your current plan and billing information.
Click Cancel Subscription
Locate your active Personal Plan subscription and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.
Confirm Cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Udemy may present a retention offer (e.g. switch to annual billing at ~17% savings) — click through to proceed with cancellation.
Check Confirmation Email
You will see an on-screen confirmation message and receive a cancellation confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period shown on your Subscriptions page.
