Check your renewal date
Log in to your Concord account and go to Settings > Company Settings > Subscription to find your current subscription term end date. You must submit your cancellation request at least 60 days before the next renewal date or you will be auto-renewed for another full annual term.
Prepare your cancellation request
Draft a written cancellation notice. Include your company name, account email, and explicit statement that you wish to cancel/not renew your subscription at the end of the current term. Keep a record of the date you send it.
Export your data
Before submitting the cancellation, download all contracts and documents you need. Contact support at support@concord.app to request a bulk export of your data if needed, as access to the Documents section is lost after the term ends.
Email your cancellation notice
Send your written cancellation request to support@concord.app (general accounts) or contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager directly (Enterprise accounts). Use billing@concordnow.com for billing-specific disputes.
Request written confirmation
Ask Concord support to confirm receipt of your cancellation notice in writing. Save this confirmation as proof that you met the 60-day notice requirement before your renewal date.
Continue using until term ends
Your access remains fully active until the end of your current paid subscription term. After expiry, you lose access to Documents, My Tasks, and Personal Folder, but signed contracts remain accessible via their original email confirmation links.
