Log in to your Document360 account
Go to https://app.document360.com and sign in with your credentials to access your account.
Gather your account details
Note your account email, project name, and current subscription plan — you will need these when contacting support to verify your identity and process the cancellation.

Reach out via live chat at https://document360.com/support/ or send an email to support@document360.com. State clearly that you want to cancel your subscription. Live chat is faster and available 24×5 on weekdays.
Respond to cancellation reason questions
