Log in to dashboard

Go to reviews.io and log in to your REVIEWS.io Dashboard.

Open Account menu

Click 'Account' in the main navigation bar at the top of the dashboard.

Navigate to Subscription settings

Go to Settings → Subscription from the Account menu.

Export your data first

Before cancelling, download and export all your reviews and data — access is not guaranteed after termination and data may be deleted immediately.

Click the Cancel button

On the Subscription page, click the 'Cancel' button on the right side of the page.

Complete the cancellation form

A pop-up window appears with a cancellation form. Fill out all required fields explaining your reason for cancelling.

Submit the form

Submit the cancellation form. Cancellation is processed within 48 hours. Note: no confirmation email is sent, so keep a record of your submission.
