Log in to 12min
Go to app.12min.com and log in with your email and password.
Go to Hotmart consumer portal
Since 12min processes payments through Hotmart, navigate to consumer.hotmart.com in your browser and log in with the same email used for your 12min purchase.
Find your 12min subscription
In the Hotmart consumer dashboard, locate your '12min' product under your active subscriptions or purchases list.
Open payment settings
Click on 'Set up payment' next to the 12min subscription entry.
Cancel the subscription
Click 'Cancel subscription' from the options presented.
Confirm cancellation
Complete the confirmation prompt to finalize the cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
