Sign in to your Adobe account
Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with the Adobe ID (email and password) associated with your Creative Cloud subscription.
Open Plans & Products
In the left sidebar of your account dashboard, click 'Plans' (sometimes labeled 'Plans & Products'). This lists all your active Adobe subscriptions.
Click 'Manage plan'
Locate your Creative Cloud subscription in the list and click the 'Manage plan' button next to it.
Select 'Cancel plan'
On the plan management page, scroll down and click 'Cancel plan'. Adobe may present alternative options (pause, switch plan) before surfacing this button.
Choose a cancellation reason
Select any reason from the dropdown (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Not using it enough') and click 'Continue'.
Decline retention offers
Adobe shows 4–5 screens with offers: a discounted price (e.g. 40% off for 3 months), a plan pause option, or a downgrade suggestion. Click 'No thanks' or 'Continue to cancel' on each screen to proceed.
Review early termination fee
If you are on an annual-paid-monthly plan and outside the 14-day window, Adobe displays the early termination fee (50% of remaining months). Review the amount shown.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Confirm cancellation' to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email from Adobe. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
