Clearly tell the agent you want to cancel (terminate) your internet subscription. Provide your subscriber number and personal details for identity verification. Specify the service address and the exact service you want to cancel.

The agent will likely offer alternatives such as a temporary 'Shërbimi Freeze' (Service Freeze/suspension), a discounted plan upgrade, or a downgrade to a cheaper tier. If you still want to cancel, decline these offers and restate your cancellation request.

Confirm early termination fee (if applicable)

Ask the agent whether you are still within a 12- or 24-month contract. If so, an early termination penalty applies — equal to the sum of remaining monthly fees (e.g., 4 months remaining × 1,500 ALL = 6,000 ALL). For prepaid SuperFiber packages, no penalty applies; service simply ends at the prepaid period's expiry.

Confirm termination date and visit a store if required

Agree on the cancellation effective date with the agent. For formal contract termination, Albtelecom typically requires an in-person store visit to sign cancellation paperwork and return any provided equipment (modem/router). Return equipment and settle final bill

Return any Albtelecom-provided modem or router to the store to avoid equipment charges. Pay any outstanding balance on your final bill. Request a written confirmation of cancellation (email or printed receipt) for your records.
