Will I still have access after I cancel?

Yes. Your Premium membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but you keep full access until that date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Crunchyroll generally does not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, you can contact support at support@crunchyroll.com to request a review.

How do I reactivate my membership?

Log back in to crunchyroll.com, go to Account Settings → Membership Info, and choose a plan to resubscribe. Your watch history and account data are preserved.

You must cancel through the platform you originally used to subscribe. For Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crunchyroll → Cancel. Log in to Crunchyroll

Go to crunchyroll.com and sign in to your account using your email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Membership Info

In your account settings, click on 'Membership Info' in the left-hand navigation or on the settings page.

Click Cancel Membership

Scroll down and click the 'Cancel Membership' button. If you do not see this option, your subscription is managed through a third party (Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku) — you must cancel through that platform instead.

Select a cancellation reason (optional)

Crunchyroll may ask why you are cancelling. You can select a reason from the list or click 'Skip' to bypass this step.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'No thanks, Finish Cancellation' to confirm. Your Premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
