Sign in to Nord Account
Go to my.nordaccount.com and log in with your business admin credentials (the account that owns the NordPass Business subscription).
Open Billing section
In the left sidebar of your Nord Account dashboard, click "Billing", then select the "Subscriptions" tab to view your active NordPass Business plan.
Locate your Business subscription
Find your NordPass Business subscription in the list. Note the current billing period end date — access continues until this date regardless of when you cancel.
Navigate to the Business cancellation support page
Go to the NordPass support article at support.nordpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/35954906496273. Unlike personal plans, NordPass Business does not offer a self-service "Cancel" button — cancellation must be processed through customer support.
Contact customer support
On the support article page, click the "Contact us" button at the bottom. You can reach support via live chat or by submitting an email ticket. State that you want to cancel your NordPass Business subscription auto-renewal and provide your account email and company name.
Confirm cancellation with support agent
The support agent will process the cancellation. Auto-renewal will be turned off and you will receive a confirmation email. Your team retains full access to NordPass Business until the end of the current billing period.
