Log in to the Ttareungi website or app
Go to www.bikeseoul.com and log in to your account, or open the 서울자전거 따릉이 mobile app and log in.
Navigate to My Space (나의 공간) or My Info (내 정보)
On the website, click '나의 공간' (My Space) in the top navigation menu. In the mobile app, tap '내 정보' (My Info) at the bottom of the screen.
Go to Payment Management or My Passes
On the website, select '결제관리' (Payment Management) then '결제 내역' (Payment History). In the app, tap '내 이용권' (My Passes) to view your active pass.
Request a refund for your pass
Select the active pass you wish to cancel and click the '환불신청' (Request Refund) button. Note: daily passes (일일권) are non-refundable. Refund eligibility windows apply: 7-day pass within 2 days, 30-day pass within 7 days, 180-day pass within 60 days, 365-day pass within 150 days of activation.
Enter bank account details
Fill in your refund bank account number (환불계좌), bank name (은행명), and account holder name (예금주명), then confirm the submission.
Request account withdrawal (optional)
To fully delete your account, go to '나의 공간' (My Space) on the website or '내 정보' (My Info) in the app and select '회원탈퇴' (Membership Withdrawal). Note: all mileage and remaining pass rights are permanently forfeited upon withdrawal.
Contact customer service if needed
If you cannot complete the process online, call the 따릉이 call center at 1599-0120 (available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year) to request a refund or account cancellation by phone.
