Log in to betterhelp.com
Go to betterhelp.com in a web browser and sign in with your credentials.
Open your Account settings
Click on your profile photo or name in the top-right corner, then select 'Account Settings'.
Scroll to Subscription or Billing section
In Account Settings, scroll down to find the 'Subscription' or 'Payment & Billing' section.
Select Cancel Membership
Click 'Cancel Membership' or 'Stop Therapy'. You will be asked to confirm your reason for canceling.
Confirm and receive confirmation
Confirm your cancellation. BetterHelp will send a confirmation email. Your therapist will be notified that you are leaving the platform.
