Log in to Clockify
Go to clockify.me and log in to your account with your credentials.
Open workspace menu
Click the dropdown arrow or menu icon next to your workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
Go to Subscription
Select "Subscription" from the workspace dropdown menu. This opens the subscription management page.
Click the Billing tab
On the Subscription page, click the "Billing" tab to view your current plan and billing information.
Click "Cancel subscription"
Find your active plan listed on the Billing tab and click the "Cancel subscription" button beneath it.
Provide cancellation reason (optional)
Clockify may ask you to share a reason for cancelling. This step is optional — fill it in or skip it.
Confirm cancellation
Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. You will see a confirmation message. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace downgrades to the Free plan automatically.
