Log in to Idagio
Visit idagio.com and sign in with your Idagio account credentials.
Go to Account Settings
Click your profile name or icon and select 'Account' or 'Settings'.
Find Subscription section
Navigate to the 'Subscription' or 'Premium' section of your account.
Cancel your subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts. Select a reason for leaving.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation. Your premium features, including lossless audio, continue until the end of your billing period. The free tier with limited listening remains available.
