Open the Evie App
Open the Evie app on your mobile device (iOS or Android). Ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to cancel.
Navigate to Account Settings
Tap your profile icon or the menu in the app to access your Account settings. Look for 'Account' or 'Profile' in the navigation menu.
Select 'Delete Account' (for full account removal)
To delete your account entirely, locate and tap the 'Delete Account' option in account settings. Note: once deleted, your account and all charge history cannot be recovered.
Contact Evie Networks to cancel subscription
To cancel a paid subscription (Evie Pass membership) specifically, contact Evie Networks directly. Call 1300 463 843 (available 24/7) or email info@goevie.com.au. State that you wish to cancel your subscription and provide your account email address.
Request cancellation confirmation
Ask the support agent (or include in your email) for written confirmation of your cancellation date. Verify which billing period your cancellation will take effect — end of current period if more than 5 business days away, or end of the following period if within 5 business days.
Check for confirmation email
Wait for a cancellation confirmation email from Evie Networks (info@goevie.com.au). Keep this for your records. Your subscription access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
