Export your data
Before cancelling, export all your data. Go to Admin Settings → Data Backup/Export to download your contacts, deals, and other records. Once the account is cancelled, all data is permanently deleted.
Log in and open Admin Settings
Log in to your Agile CRM account. Click on your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu, then click 'Admin Settings'.
Navigate to Billing
Inside Admin Settings, locate and click on the 'Billing' section in the left-hand navigation panel. This is where your current plan, payment details, and subscription management options are found.
Initiate cancellation or downgrade
On the Billing page, look for a 'Cancel Account' or 'Downgrade Plan' button/link. Click it to begin the cancellation flow. Note: cancellation must be done through this control panel — contacting support via email or phone alone is not sufficient.
Complete the cancellation form
You will be presented with a cancellation confirmation screen or form asking for a reason. Select your reason for cancelling from the provided options and click 'Cancel My Account' or 'Confirm Cancellation' to submit the request.
Wait for confirmation
Agile CRM processes cancellation requests within 2–3 business days. You should receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. You will not be charged again after this point.
