Identify your subscription platform
Bumble subscriptions must be cancelled through the same platform where you originally purchased: iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or Bumble's website. Check your original payment confirmation email to confirm which platform charged you.
Navigate to subscription settings
In the Bumble app: tap your profile icon (top-left corner), then tap the active subscription banner labelled 'Bumble Premium is active' or 'Bumble Boost is active'. On iOS: open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID name at the top → tap 'Subscriptions' → find and tap 'Bumble'. On Android: open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon (top-right) → tap 'Payments & subscriptions' → tap 'Subscriptions' → find Bumble.
Tap 'Manage your subscription'
Inside the Bumble app's subscription screen, tap the 'Manage your subscription' button. This will show cancellation options directly within the app or redirect you to the relevant App Store / Google Play subscription management page depending on your platform.
Select 'Cancel Subscription'
Tap 'Cancel Subscription' on iOS or Android store screens, or 'Cancel my subscription' on the Bumble website. Bumble may display a retention screen listing features you will lose (e.g., unlimited swipes, Beeline, SuperSwipes, Spotlight). Scroll past and proceed with cancellation.
Confirm the cancellation
Confirm when prompted by tapping 'Confirm Cancellation' or 'Done'. You will receive an on-screen confirmation. Your Premium or Boost features remain active through the end of your current paid billing period — no immediate loss of access.
