Review your contract end date
Check your Enterprise subscription agreement for the exact term end date. Stack AI subscriptions auto-renew annually, and you must submit a cancellation notice at least 14 days before that date to avoid being charged for another full term.
Compose a cancellation email
Write a cancellation (non-renewal) notice email in English. Include your company name, account email, and a clear statement that you do not wish to renew your Stack AI subscription. The notice must be in writing and sent so that receipt is electronically confirmed.
Send the email to tos@stack-ai.com
Send your cancellation notice to tos@stack-ai.com at least 14 days before your subscription renewal date. For Enterprise account matters you may also CC enterprise@stack-ai.com. Keep a copy of the sent email and any delivery/read confirmation as proof of timely notice.
Await confirmation from Stack AI
Wait for a written confirmation from Stack AI acknowledging your cancellation request. If you do not receive a reply within a few business days, follow up to ensure the notice was received before the 14-day deadline passes.
Export your data before the term ends
Download and export any workflows, projects, or data you need before your subscription period ends. Stack AI retains backups for a maximum of 30 days post-termination, but access to the platform terminates immediately upon cancellation taking effect.
