Log in to Airbyte Cloud
Go to cloud.airbyte.com and sign in to your account.
Disable or delete active connections
Navigate to 'Connections' in the left sidebar and disable or delete any active syncs to stop incurring usage charges (billing is in-arrears based on actual usage).
Delete your workspace (optional but recommended)
Go to 'Settings' → 'Workspace' → 'General'. Scroll down to the 'Danger!' section and click 'Delete your workspace'. Type the workspace name to confirm, then click 'Delete workspace'. Warning: this is irreversible and deletes all sources, destinations, and connections.
Contact support to cancel your billing plan
Click the 'Support' icon in the lower-left navigation of cloud.airbyte.com to open the in-app chat, or go to support.airbyte.com to submit a ticket. Request to 'unenroll from your subscription plan'. Support is available 7 AM–7 PM Eastern Time.
Confirm cancellation via email
Wait for a confirmation from the Airbyte billing team that your subscription has been cancelled. Keep this confirmation for your records.
