Open myAIS App
Download or open the myAIS app (iOS / Android). Log in with your AIS mobile number and OTP. From the home screen, tap 'Package' (แพ็กเกจ) in the bottom navigation bar.
View Your Packages
Under 'Usage Information' (ข้อมูลการใช้งาน), tap 'View Details' (ดูรายละเอียด) to open the 'My Packages' (แพ็กของฉัน) screen showing all active add-ons and bundles.
Select the Package to Remove
Scroll through the list to find the add-on or subscription package you want to cancel (e.g. a streaming bundle, data bolt-on, or SMS service). Tap the package name to open its details.
Tap 'Cancel Package'
Tap the 'Cancel Package' (ยกเลิกแพ็กเกจ) button on the package detail screen.
Confirm Cancellation
Tap 'Confirm Package Cancellation' (ยืนยันการยกเลิกแพ็กเกจ) on the confirmation prompt. You will receive an SMS confirming the cancellation.
Full Account Termination — Visit AIS Shop
To close your account entirely and terminate your number, you must visit an AIS Shop or AIS Telewiz branch in person. Bring your original national ID card (บัตรประชาชน). All outstanding bills must be cleared before termination is processed. Request a written termination receipt as proof.
