Log in as Administrator
Go to bill.com and sign in. You must be logged in as an Administrator or have 'Manage Company' permissions — standard users cannot cancel the account.
Open Manage Console
From the main dashboard, click on 'Manage Console' in the navigation menu.
Go to Billing
Inside Manage Console, click on 'Billing' to open your subscription and billing settings.
Click cancellation link
Locate and click the link that reads 'I want to cancel my service' within the Billing section.
Select a cancellation reason
Choose a reason for cancelling from the dropdown menu provided.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Confirm' to submit the cancellation request. Processing typically takes about 25 minutes but can take up to 24 hours.
