Review your contract terms
Locate your signed Bombora service agreement and check for the non-renewal notice period (typically 30–90 days before contract end date). Missing this deadline may result in automatic renewal for another full annual term.
Contact your Account Manager or CSM
Reach out directly to your assigned Account Manager or Customer Success Manager via the email or phone number they provided during onboarding. State your intent not to renew or request early termination. This is the primary cancellation path.
Submit a support ticket if no direct contact
If you no longer have your Account Manager's contact details, go to bombora.com/customer-support-forms/ and submit a ticket. Select 'Training and Support' to route your request to the Customer Success team and request cancellation assistance.
Send a formal written non-renewal notice
Follow up with a written email explicitly stating you do not wish to renew your contract. Reference your contract number and renewal date. Send to your Account Manager and CC legal@bombora.com for a paper trail.
Negotiate early termination terms (if mid-contract)
If you are cancelling before the contract end date, negotiate exit terms with your Account Manager. Expect that remaining contract balance may be owed — early termination without penalty is rarely granted without negotiation.
Confirm cancellation in writing
Obtain written confirmation from Bombora that your account will not auto-renew and that your cancellation or non-renewal has been acknowledged. Keep this for your records.
