Log in to BuzzSumo
Go to app.buzzsumo.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open the in-app chat
Click the chat bubble or 'Help' icon in the bottom corner of the BuzzSumo interface to open the Customer Success live chat.
Request cancellation
Tell the support agent you want to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, skip the chat and send an email to help@buzzsumo.com with your account email address and cancellation request.
Confirm the 10-day notice period
The agent will inform you that cancellation requests require a 10-day notice period. The cancellation will take effect on the next renewal date after that notice period — not immediately.
Receive cancellation confirmation
Wait for a confirmation email from the BuzzSumo team confirming your cancellation request has been received and when your access will end.
