Export your data
Log in to your ClickHouse Cloud console at console.clickhouse.cloud. Before doing anything else, export any data you need to keep from your services, as it will be permanently lost once services are deleted.
Delete all services
In the console, stop and delete every service in your account to prevent additional charges from accruing. Navigate to each service and use the service settings to delete it.
Remove all users except the admin
Go to the 'Users' section in your organization settings and remove all users except the administrator account that will be submitting the closure request. This prevents new services from being created during processing.
Verify no outstanding charges
Click the 'Usage' and 'Billing' tabs in the control panel to confirm all charges have been paid. Accounts with unpaid balances cannot be closed.
Open the Help panel
Click the Help button — the question mark (?) icon in the upper-right corner of the console — to open the support panel.
Create a support case
Under the Support section, select 'Create case'. Fill in the case form with: Priority = Severity 3, Subject = 'Please close my ClickHouse account', and optionally a brief description of why you are cancelling. Click 'Create new case' to submit.
Wait for confirmation email
ClickHouse support will process your closure request and send a confirmation email when the account has been closed. Closed accounts can be logged back into to view usage and billing history, but no new services can be created.
