Log in to Cloudflare Dashboard
Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com and sign in to your account.
Open Billing
Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.
Go to Subscriptions
In the left sidebar, click 'Subscriptions' to see all active paid plans.
Disable the feature (if required)
Some subscriptions (e.g. Workers Paid) require you to disable the feature before a Cancel button appears. If you don't see a 'Cancel' option, navigate into the relevant product (Workers & Pages → your project → Settings) and disable or downgrade it first.
Click Cancel on the subscription
Back in Billing → Subscriptions, find the active subscription row (e.g. 'Workers Paid') and click the 'Cancel' button on the right side of the row.
Select cancellation reasons
A feedback prompt appears with a checklist of cancellation reasons. You must select at least one reason — the 'Confirm' button stays greyed out until you do.
Confirm cancellation
Click the 'Confirm' button to complete the cancellation. The subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
