Open the DMSS app
Launch the DMSS app on your iOS or Android device. This is the primary platform for managing Dahua Cloud (DoLynk Cloud) subscriptions for individual users.
Go to the 'Me' tab
Tap the 'Me' icon in the bottom-right corner of the app to access your account settings.
Navigate to Cloud Storage or Subscription
Look for 'Cloud Storage', 'Subscription', or 'Service Plan' within your account settings. The exact label may vary by app version.
Select your active plan
Tap your currently active subscription plan to open its management options.
Select cancel or unsubscribe option
Look for a 'Cancel Subscription', 'Unsubscribe', or 'Manage Plan' button and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
Contact support if in-app option is unavailable
If no cancellation option is visible in the app, contact Dahua support directly: call 877-606-1590 (US) or email support.usa@dahuatech.com. State your account email and request subscription cancellation.
